Wildfire Botanicals – Shipping Policy

At Wildfire Botanicals, we take great care in preparing and shipping your orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
• All products are made to order to ensure freshness and quality.
• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Custom or bulk orders may take longer to process. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Locations
• We currently ship within New Zealand only.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Rural Delivery: May take an additional 2-3 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking & Delivery
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
• Wildfire Botanicals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the courier.
• If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email wildfirebotanicals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the product and packaging
3. A description of the issue
We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.
6. Address & Shipping Information
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to cover additional shipping fees for resending the package.
